Eligibility & Acceptable Use

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements.
• You will not use our services for unauthorized access, malicious activity, or any illegal purposes.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any proprietary software or services.

Subscription & Payment

SILENT EDGE is a subscription-based service with tiered pricing.
Payments are processed using trusted third-party payment providers and their partners.
Payment is due in advance for each subscription period and is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Cancellation and Refund Policies.
You agree to maintain valid payment credentials and honour all subscription payments.
Failure to pay subscription fees, including unsuccessful or disputed transactions, may result in suspension or termination of service.
SHEL INFOSEC reserves the right to update pricing and payment terms with prior notice.

Chargebacks, Fraud, and Customer Compliance

1. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
   You acknowledge that any payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal initiated by you or your payment provider may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to our services.
   You agree to contact us directly to attempt resolution before requesting any chargeback or payment reversal.
2. Fraud Prevention and Investigations
   You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legitimacy of all payment information and activities associated with your account.
   If we or our payment provider identify potentially fraudulent, disputed, or unauthorized transactions, we reserve the right to suspend your account, request additional information, or terminate access without prior notice.
   You agree to promptly cooperate with any investigation and provide all accurate information requested by SHEL INFOSEC or our payment provider(s) within the specified timeframe.
3. Liability for Chargeback/Fraud Costs
   You are responsible for all fees, costs, and penalties associated with chargebacks, reversals, or fraud claims, including those imposed by our payment provider(s) and their partners.
   You agree to reimburse any outstanding amounts within fifteen (15) days of formal notice.
   SHEL INFOSEC reserves the right to recover such costs through payment collection agencies or legal means where necessary.
4. Failure to Maintain Valid Payments
   You must maintain accurate, valid, and sufficient payment credentials at all times and promptly update your account information if changes arise.
   Failure to honour subscription payments, including missed, incomplete, or disputed transactions, may result in service suspension and additional collection actions.
5. Prohibited Activities
   You agree not to engage in or facilitate any form of fraud, payment circumvention, unauthorized access, use of stolen or invalid payment information, or abuse of the dispute/chargeback process.
   Suspicious or malicious payment behaviour will be promptly reported to relevant authorities and may lead to legal action.
6. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHEL INFOSEC, its partners, payment providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from chargebacks, fraud, disputed payments, or violation of these Terms.

Payment Provider Data Sharing

To process payments and manage subscriptions, we share your personal and transactional information (including name, contact details, IP address, billing information, and relevant account data) with our payment provider and their payment partners.
This sharing is necessary for fraud prevention, payment authorization, dispute management, and regulatory compliance.
By completing your order, you explicitly consent to the transmission and processing of your data by our payment provider(s) and their partners.

Security & Compliance

Our services comply with GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws. Users are responsible for:

Service Limitations & Liability

No Guarantee of Absolute Security: While SILENT EDGE enhances cybersecurity, no system is 100% invulnerable.
Downtime & Maintenance: We strive for 99.9% uptime, but occasional maintenance may occur.
Limited Liability: SHEL INFOSEC, its payment provider(s), and partners are not responsible for financial or operational damages resulting from security breaches, cyberattacks, system failures, payment provider disruptions, disputed payments, chargebacks, or fraudulent activities beyond our control.

Termination & Suspension

SHEL INFOSEC may suspend or terminate your access to SILENT EDGE if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You engage in fraudulent, disputed, or malicious activity.
• You fail to pay subscription fees or resolve outstanding payment or fraud claims.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of South Africa.
