  • SILENT EDGE is a subscription-based service with tiered pricing.
  • Payment is due in advance for each subscription period and is non-refundable.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of service.
  • SHEL INFOSEC reserves the right to update pricing with prior notice.


  1. Security & Compliance

  • Limited Liability: SHEL INFOSEC is not responsible for financial or operational damages resulting from security breaches, cyberattacks, or system failures beyond our control.


  1. Termination & Suspension

SHEL INFOSEC may suspend or terminate your access to SILENT EDGE if:
    • You violate these Terms.
    • You engage in fraudulent or malicious activity.
    • You fail to pay subscription fees.


  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of South Africa.
