Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At SHEL INFOSEC, we are committed to delivering high-quality cybersecurity solutions through our SILENT EDGE subscription services. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions: ✔ Full Refund: If a customer cancels before the deployment of the security agent on their device. ✖ No Refund: If the security agent has already been deployed, as administrative work is required for decommissioning and offboarding.

3. Cancellation & Offboarding Process

If a customer wishes to cancel after deployment, the following applies:
  • A mandatory 30-day cancellation period begins upon request.
  • The final month’s subscription fee is required as the last bill to cover administrative costs, agent removal, and system decommissioning.
  • Offboarding includes the secure removal of deployed agents and the cessation of services.


4. Subscription Billing & Non-Refundable Fees

  • The first subscription payment after deployment is considered a setup/cancellation fee and is non-refundable.
  • Customers must submit cancellation requests in writing to ciso@shelinfosec.com at least 30 days in advance.
  • Services will not remain fully active during the cancellation period; services will decrease over the cancelation period, until final decommissioning.


5. Disputes & Special Cases

  • In rare cases where extenuating circumstances exist, we may review refund requests at our sole discretion.
  • Chargeback attempts without prior discussion may result in account suspension and legal action where applicable.
